Excellent “hometown” bank. The tellers at both Chestertown and Centreville main office (these are the branches I have used) are very friendly and always helpful.

I’ve banked here since 2005 and have been pleased with the service I’ve received. I have several joint accounts and a personal debit account. Everything has always been accurate and any problems were due to my own miscalculations. I’m pleased to see how many branches of Shore United are available. I went into the lobby of the branch in Centreville (on the south side of town) to make a deposit. I requested several blank deposit slips as I like to fill in the information ahead of time. A teller named Taylor offered to order deposit slips for me with information required already printed. I never knew anything like this was available and it was at no cost. I felt Taylor had taken personal service to patrons as an important part of her job. She offered something that would be more convenient and fit my preferences. This was the first time this service had been offered to me. I had never met Taylor nor gone into the lobby of this branch. I am so pleased with the professional commitment to service she’s obviously made. I think this young woman is an asset to Shore United Bank.
