      A great place to bank in Paradise. The staff are very friendly and helpful.

      Watch for the $5000 fee they will try to charge you after accepting an auto loan, it will be called a insurance coverage fee for 6 months of policy coverage after they claim your vehicle is not insured even if it is. You must fight on the phone with a random call center to be resolved. Problems with app, random fees, and overall bad branch hours make me wish I went somewhere else.

      New to the area and wanted to open an account. Plenty of things with my name and address including a incredibly large check. Since I did my change of address online at the DMV and don’t have an Id with current address I can’t open an account. Super crazy I’m taking my money to a different bank!
