  I purchased a home for the second time, in the midst of a hot market and region and could not possibly have done it without Rita valcorba . Rita was fantastic throughout the entire mortgage process. From my first call with her, she explained every detail of the process clearly and was responsive within minutes at all times. Whether for a minor question or when paperwork was needed to be prepared on a quick deadline to submit an offer. There are constantly many pending tasks when applying for a mortgage and Rita was great with update emails clarifying what was done and what was pending. she is exactly the kind of person you want to get you through your home buying process.
