      Customer Service after hours is non-existent. I lost my debit card so I called the member services department and I was transferred to a call center that didn't even recognize that Signal Financial was a bank. They were no help. So I called the next day during normal business hours and still could not get a hold of anybody. I was transferred to a voicemail box that was full and not accepting anymore messages. This bank is AWFUL!!!!!

      Customer service is so horrible. And whoever Keyanna is in the call center needs more training!! She's so ghetto!!! Her phone etiquette is so extremely unpleasant! I can't wait until I pay off my car loan so I can go to another institution and never deal with Signal again!!!
