      What I want to know is why don't you just announce the hours instead of a recording that says "some one will be with you shortly". Also, why isn't the money you take out for an overdraft posted to my account... it is my right to know where and when you remove money from my account. I was told "only the bank can see that"... is that a trick to get me to over draw more so you make more money? The people are beyond friendly... and I know they can not be held responsible for the way you do business, but it may not be much, but I would like to no more how you work. Thank You.
