      I moved from Missouri a few months ago and was happy to learn my hometown bank was here too! The ATM is easily accessible, and the bank is pretty good too.

      This is the most unprofessional bank. It is unbelievable. Phone number listed on website is incorrect for this branch. It is not an answered line. Officer does not call back when you attempt main corporate line. If you don’t use your account they freeze your account as inactive and you have to go to a physical branch. My two local branches closed. I am only with this bank because my prior bank was bought out. It was a mistake to not close account immediately.

      Was good before Simmons took over...... it has went down hill..... First, they created an online account with my approval..... likely a felony but I imagine some managers were pushed to get signups..... sad..... second... I have a savings account with the bank and had no fees prior..... ever since Simmons took over, there's a fee here, a fee there fees for everything. This place has went from the good neighborhood bank to an absolute JOKE....... They will fail.... and I will take my money elsewhere to assist with that...
