  Only 1 location in joplin and very inconvenient to get in to. Not open on weekends at all makes it hard for people that work weekdays to do any banking. Online mobile banking deposit never works.

  Literally had the worst customer service experience with this bank for the first time ever. If you’re going to hire people to work with your customers when they are using your establishment for their financial needs, you might want to make sure they aren’t rude and short with customers. Maybe Simmons should have a hiring process like Chick-fil-A down the street, or at least get some ideas on how to hire appropriate employees for positions that include providing good customer service, because we all work hard and have bad days, but we don’t need to take it out on someone else, or give them the impression you’re put out, or going out of your way to make their deposit or any transaction. She literally just made me want to pull out all of my money and move banks! Great job short haired drive through lady (drawer #1725) at Joplin Rangline Branch. Hope to never see you again in drive-thru.
