      The one star isnt for Simmons as a whole, but rather for that specific location. The window teller was less than ideal- she either had a rough weekend or was stressed by the lack of customers using drivethru. Very poor service, so I went to a neighboring Simmons where they were happy to help. I've used Simmons bank since I was in high school and have visited numerous locations throughout the state while traveling. I've always loved how friendly and knowledgeable the staff has always been, but I cant say the same for the Bentonville location.
