      Had a one star review before, but changing to five star because of the branch manager. She has been amazing in spite of some of the issues and situations I dealt with in early 2020 at this bank. The branch manager really cares and makes an effort.

      There phone system is horrible they leave you on hold and never pick up the phone. I can’t get a hold of anybody. I believe it’s really sad when a bank gets to big to remember the community that built it to what it is. Thanks for nothing.
