      All banks are pretty much the same, so there's not much difference as far as ratings go. They all perform the same functions, and do so usually with excellent accuracy. You deposit your money, they pay you a pitifully small amount of interest. You take out a loan, you paid them an enormous amount of Interest. You buy a certificate of deposit, they pay you hey still pretty small bit of Interest, you take out a mortgage, you paid them an enormous amount of Interest. The bank wins either way.
