      These crooks had the nerve to charge me $3.00 for paper statements. They notified me of this AFTER they charged me the previous month. I get quarterly statements.They announced that August 1st this was the new policy and printed that in my September quarterly statement. If you call them prepare for being on hold indefinite. Follow up: After a phone call they had many complaints about this and were willing to still send out paper statements free. So I upped it to two stars.
