      The branch lobby is open 4 days/week for 4 hours each day...! They didn't answer the phone for the first hour they were "open"(?); 8 calls in an hour went unanswered. Two of the 3 "customer service" people were totally unhelpful, not really listening or trying to help. One, Christy, was finally able to do what I needed--a simple change if address and a request for statements. I'd hardly call this a bank! If I could do no stars, that would be my review!
