      The reason I selected Simple Home Lending for our personal re-finance is because this company, and particularly Todd Hassie (Bay Area Branch Manager), have impressed me with their attention to detail! As a Florida notary, I have seen many prepared out-of-state loan signing documents, particularly Affidavits, with out-dated and insufficient notarial verbiage as required by Florida's law, FS.117.05(13) ~ Effective January 1, 2020. Kudos to Simple Home Lending's application process, portal, and people! Quality service and yes, "simple home lending" done well.

      I'm blown away. I had a friend refer me to Ken and this company. I can't possible say enough great things.
