  I telephoned this company today and connected immediately with Norm Clark, owner. I have not yet selected him to represent me, but he provided a number of suggestions regarding refinancing my home. More than suggestions, he actually encouraged me to contact a competitor to enable me to obtain a lower rate!! He offered different strategies to improve my options. I was astounded. I thanked him for answering his phone, rather than the usual "your call is important to us" answering machine, then being put on hold for 3 hours. And having the integrity to offer information about his competition that may be helpful. Now that I think of it, I plan to replace my call without shopping further. I am certain I will obtain the same courtesy and honesty.
