      4 times they have made mistakes in my favor, and they worked with me during each time. Last time they even threw in a little bonus, a favorable above market interest rate on a CD. All the other big banks have constantly ripped me off with fees and charges. Never here

      My card got stuck in the atm machine here AND in their atm at their location in Marion. Utterly ridiculous. The screen just freezes up and I can’t even hit cancel on the machine. Completely unreliable atm service.
