  I worked with Sara and Caitlin to get set up on a HELOC and Premier Checking Account. They are both fantastic. Rarely do you deal with a financial institution and walk away thinking, "wow that was really great customer service." Doesn't hurt that they offer really good rates too. I highly recommend giving these people your business!

  This place either had a data breach, or they are selling my info. See attached. I had a boat loan with them years ago. I paid it off and closed my account. 2 years later I'm receiving offers in the mail "for members of sjp credit union" for insurance and other nonsense. The first time I called them and made mention, the girl said "I thought we had stopped that - I'll put a note in your account and make sure it doesn't happen again." 6 months later I get 2 more (attached). I called again, mentioned to the person on the phone who denied that they sell my info (how else would Liberty Mutual end up knowing I was a member here at one point?). She sent me to the voicemail of the CEO. I left a message with him, saying the same thing. I never heard back. I wanted a boat, not to have my data sold (or breached?). I closed my account, but apparently I'm still being sold. I would suggest going elsewhere for a loan.

  Brian, Thanks for taking the time to share your feedback. TruStage is the insurance arm of CUNA, which is the national credit union organization that advocates on behalf of credit unions. They provide insurance for our members and have an exclusive relationship with Liberty Mutual, where our members can receive credit union specific discounts. No need to worry about a breach or your info being sold. We do get an occasional complaint about the unwanted mail though from our members and will take that into consideration as we analyze our relationship with them going forward. I hope a couple pieces of unwanted mail didn't ruin the overall experience of our credit union though, as I would presume you were otherwise very happy with the rates and service you received from our hardworking staff.
