  WoW! Incredible Service. Fantastic. Got all things completed at one go. Transactions that were pending for a while because of COVID. From deposits to ordering business checks to address change & so on. Of special mention would be Rosemary & her colleague at the Teller Counter. Grateful & obliged. Thank you.

  This has been my bank for at least 18 years now. I went in today to get a simple notary for a form and was rudely dismissed by an attendant who said the notary was with someone now and that someone else was next in line and there was no one else there. An intelligent person that was customer focused would’ve simply asked the others waiting if they could help me for the minute it would take before sitting down with them. It was only signing two papers! Or present another option. Not dismiss me like I was a pest. So I went over to a bustling key bank with way more staff on hand and they were more than happy to help me. So I’ll be closing my account soon and taking my business, including a mortgage in the next year or two to a bank that was delightful and not too busy to help me.

  Cute building clean interior nice staff safe neighborhood easy parking. They closed the branch I knew due to COVID and the whole no cash deposits at a bank is kinda weird but that's corporate these guys just follow orders.

They are able to purchase a money order or cashiers check and deposit that way. This is to better manage the risks associated with cash to understand who is transacting on accounts.
