      I purchased a foreclosure from this bank before they merged with Bank of Floyd to become Skyline. After living in my new home a couple months a professional contractor found multiple cases of cosmetic repairs made to the home that hid serious issues such as a basement that floods and cracks in the basement walls. I had an inspection done but the flaws were so well hidden with paint and patching that even he did not see them. I bought the home at the price of similar homes in the area so this should not have been a "fixer-upper." Don't ever buy from this company.
