      Poor customer service at drive through. I have been sick so I choose to go through the drive through so I didn’t get everyone else sick but apparently if you have more than 3 deposits you have to go inside which is fine. But that hasn’t ever been an issue before. And the delivery of her message was very rude. If she doesn’t enjoy her job maybe she should work at a factory or something 🙂

      In one bank or another, I have been banking with BB&T/Truist since 1967. First, as Workmen's Federal. Since this merger, our banking customer service experience has been criminal. Today, was their crowning achievement. I must believe that the bank and it's Visa credit card department were intently making our day miserable and fretful. Things today could not have been by chance, they had to be on purpose. If you desire for a miserable day, I recommend BB&T/Truist. They will not let you down
