  I liked them UNTIL I had to SIMPLY change my account information from one bank to another and they won't take my money I've called and talked to them, they hit my credit line because THEY wouldn't take a verbal account number from me, nope it has to be mailed in so don't switch your bank account ever or else you won't be able to pay. I HATE SKYONE. Enjoy my ugly face on your Google A$$h○/es!

  That is SO frustrating. We are very sorry to hear that your experience was less than satisfactory. You should be able to add or change external accounts in online banking. After you log in, look under "Transfers" and "External Transfers." Then click "Add External Account" and follow the steps.   It's an okay credit union. I dislike that customer service isn't 24/7. If your card is locked you have to wait until business hours. New cards take longer than 7 days to be mailed out. There isn't any sister banks you can walk into if needed, just this one location. You download the mobile app, which isn't that great, and in order to add card to a digit wallet you've to download another app of theirs. It's all a bit much.

As a member at SkyOne, you have 24/7 free access to your funds available through our 66,000 ATM network and Online & Mobile Banking. Also, you have access to your funds through our 4,000 Shared Branch network, which allows you to do most transactions within our partnered branches. Although we do not currently offer 24/7 call-in or “live chat” services, we still provide reasonable hours for member care operations. Our "live chat" through Online Banking is available from 4:30 am to 11 pm PT, Monday-Friday. If your card is lost or stolen, you have two options: you can report it by calling 844-262-8472, or even better, you can control your cards by turning them off and on within your mobile banking app - you should check it out! It’s fast and easy. Just log in via your SkyOne mobile app, and in the top left corner, you'll see three lines. Press the three lines, and under "Manage Cards," press "Card Controls." If you need to obtain a new card, we will do everything we can to expedite it. Thank you again for reaching out, as we will continue to work hard to deliver 5-star service to all SkyOne members.
