  Our landlord decides the backyard we rent isn’t ours anymore and tears down our fence to build another unit. He refuses to compromise, refuses to let us talk to owner, and repeatedly shows up and walks in backyard with no prior notice. I have tried to email the company to bypass landlord 3 times to try to resolve/compromise on the situation and have received no response. Save yourself the headache and rent somewhere else…. … to respond to below. I’ve tried to contact. And I’m confused, Our lease says “smart choice realty” on it.

  Unacceptable Texting on a Sunday morning at 8am. I did not ask to be contacted or did I ask for anything but this co is cold texting on Sunday. This is unacceptable and should not be tolerated by anyone. If this is how they drum up business I would watch out for this company. No one should cold text anyone on a Sunday morning. This company is totally irresponsible and inconsiderate for peoples privacy on a Sunday morning.
