Dealing with Nicole Smith and Lucky Prom was always below industry standards. The ALTAS came last minute before closing, inability to conduct the meeting in Covid-19 safe location (insisting on their offices and using outdated processes); charging extra for a mobile notary to conduct closing in a safe manner, and charging 30% higher fees for the title service ($1200 vs industry standards of $800-900). Nicole called me at 8:28am for simply confirming the meeting time. Every step of the way was incompetent and unprofessional.

With everything happening with COVID, I wasn't sure how the closing would work. I had concerns about how/where it would take place. I was able to e-sign with one of their closing agents and there was no fee for them to wire my money directly to my bank. They were all really nice and answered all of my questions - very responsive. They made the entire process seamless. If given the option, I would use Smart Settlements again. Thank you for SUCH an easy process during these trying times.
