      These are the friendliest and most helpful bankers in East Tennessee. My husband and I have a personal checking account and savings account with them, and couldn’t be happier! I just recently experienced an issue with BB&T where my place of work does their banking business. Smart Bank was kind enough to do a one time courtesy help to give me the change that I so desperately needed to keep my store running. My husband and I always feel very welcome and always have the upmost best customer service any time we walk through those doors.
