      I've sold 2 homes within the last year and have had Ariel Pitcher with Smith & Associates as my realtor. Both homes ( one inherited and the other was my private home) went under contract within 24 hours of being on the market. Ariel does all her research and not only knows everything about the house you're selling but also all the homes in your area and what they sold for and how long they were on the market, square footage, any home improvements... she researches everything so when you're ready to sign your contract with her she can get the best price and answer all your questions. If she doesn't know the answer straight away believe me when I say she will get the answer a.s.a.p and get back with you before the end of your day. Ariel is amazing and really one of the most genuine person I've met in a long time. When I'm ready to purchase again I will 100% call Ariel and have her help me with the process. I couldn't imagine going through a different realty company than Smith & Associates or using a different agent other than Ariel. I highly recommend Ariel Pitcher and Smith & Associates.
