  I called to get estimate and i couldnt even help but notice the woman was rude and most likely not from the south. She wouldnt give me an estimate, then never emailed it to me either. We refinanced here 8 years ago and they gave discounts to returning customers, it was great back then. I had my wife call since i didnt give my last name and had her ask for estimate ( nothing) no reply. My wife was finally like no, ill leave my number and talk with them. No return call. They dont need your business or ours folks, they have gotten to big and to rude to even deal with. Sad, we see this more and more every day. The woman that does estimates should be FIRED and i mean like today! Cheers

  I can not express enough to not use this company. We are still dealing with issues on getting things done. However lets start from the beginning. They are very unprofessional on the phone... especially the lady who answers calls up front. She is rude and not welcoming. When it was getting close to our close date, no one reaches out at any point of time to schedule a closing for either the seller or the buyer. So we were left in the dark... this is unprofessional and not how a title company should operate. Which of course this led to the issue that they did not call and inform the seller on what carriers would overnight their documents and how important it is to get these documents to the right place to be overnighted. There were so many times I emailed them and never heard back. Then once we signed out documents we find out about a week later that title never contacted the HOA... which means the transfer fee did not get taken care of. This is a big no no for title companies to miss something that is really one of there main jobs. Now for the last issue that we are dealing with. We have been trying to quit claim the property since we closed a month ago. We have signed all the necessary docs but of course we have yet to hear from them or received any update and we are now going on week 2 since they should have received the signed docs. Then they tried to say they never received them but we then had proof that someone at there office signed for the package... and guess what they magical found them. I have closed on a lot of real estate and I can without a doubt say that they are the most unprofessional company I have ever worked with. I would never recommend them to anyone unless you just want your deal to be one big disaster.
