      Is willing to commit mail fraud. I purchased something from them online, they acknowledged that the item was broken and that they should refund me, then decided they didn't need to. Take a look at the included picture, it explains everything. (Uploaded twice, once for PNG, other for JPG)

      You purchased 12 plates from me on Ebay after trying to get me to lower the price because you only needed a few to fill your collection, as you stated yours broke. You purchased them and then sent pictures of your broken one to Ebay saying that the shipment arrived broken. So Ebay refunded you and I am the one who committed Mail Fruad?
