  I recently had Solve Lending & Realty convert my existing home loan into a HECM loan also known as a Reverse Mortgage. I had a lot of home equity built up and had a very good credit rating, but had it been difficult for me to the get cash I needed and to lower my monthly payment because of my low income. Because of Solve Lending & Realty, I was able to solve my mortgage dilemma getting the cash out I needed and eliminating my monthly mortgage payment. Kyoshi Inui was excellent, honest, up front, caring, and patient in explaining everything I needed to make an informed decision. He emailed me a lot of great easy to understand information like common questions about the HECM loan which did answer most of my questions. He was also very responsive in getting back to me in a timely manner when I had additional questions, If you are researching home loan options, I would highly recommend Kyoshi of Solve Lending to give you the information you will need to also make a well-informed decision in addition to receiving nice some savings over other lenders.

  I highly recommend Solve Lending and Realty. Kiyoshi and Kenji of Solve Lending and Realty are fantastic! They are very personable and have always worked hard to get me a good rate on my mortgage. Unlike every lender that has turned me down because of a bad credit score, Kiyoshi helped me understand ways to improve my score and even followed up with me a few months later to ensure I stayed on track. It paid off because after just 10 months of working on my debts, Kiyoshi was able to help me buy my first home. It’s been 6 years since then and Kiyoshi has still kept in touch. He recently helped me save money on my current mortgage by refinancing my loan and lowering my payment. The customer service is just wonderful and that is the reason I will ONLY work with Kiyoshi and his team for any mortgage lending needs.
