      Can't say enough good things about this builder and my experience. They go above and beyond to make sure their homes are built correctly and put the customer first. I am so thrilled with my Ideal Home and truly feel it was the best decision we could have made.

      As a first time home buyer and moving from another state I was very nervous and timid starting this process. When making such a big investment I wanted to make sure to pick the best builder I could. The day I walked into the Ideal Homes model home and met Joey, all of those fears went away. Joey was so incredibly helpful and made this process so much fun for us. The beautiful homes and Joey made this decision very easy! He really had our best interest in mind and thru the entire process so did the entire Ideal Homes team. We custom built our home and thru the process we got to work one on one with a personal designer. My designer understood my vision and gave us great suggestions while keeping us in budget. Because I was in California for most of the build the designer and my builder where in constant contact with us. Updating us on progress, sending photos, FaceTiming, and answering all of my crazy phone calls. They always made me feel like a priority even though I knew they had other people building homes. After we moved in their customer care team always made sure we were happy. They are always so respectful and kind when they come into your home. They always went above and beyond. I honestly can’t say enough about Ideal Homes. I would recommend them to anyone. We have been in our home now for 2 years and I am so greatful for the Ideal Homes team and the quality work and customer service they pour into their homes and home buyers. Thank you for building our first home and giving us the type of experience every home buyer deserves.
