  Extremely Efficient , knowledgeable and Helpful Loan Officer It's been a pleasure and privilege working with Sonia and her team at US Bank for our mortgage - they're top tier professionals who will help walk you through the entire process from start to finish with a lot of guidance and support to get the loan close. Sonia has been by far the most straight-forward, knowledgeable, action-oriented, and very responsive loan officer. She is always ready to take a call and has been extremely helpful answering and thinking through together some unique questions that came along the way for us. Not only was she able to get the best rates for us, but she's gone above and beyond to make sure that the entire process goes smoothly in spite of lots of bureaucratic hurdles. With her, we never felt rushed during entire journey, and we could tell she was really on our side trying to get the best loan for us and our situation. Moreover US bank had great creative financing (less than 20% down, no mortgage insurance, and still the lowest rate!) that the brokers couldn't offer, which we ended up going with. The escrow process went smoothly and online US Bank platform was pretty easy to navigate. We highly recommend Sonia for all Mortgage related needs, and we will definitely continue to work with her when it comes time for our next mortgage!

  Sonia is the best! My family has looked a long time for a home that is perfect for our needs and one that checks off our wish list. When we found the perfect home, and our offer was accepted by the sellers, we had to move quickly to get our mortgage application approved. Sonia made it happen for us. She guided us through all the steps of the application process, gave us advice in securing all the needed documents, and she also gave very good advice on what type of loan we should get (30yr fixed, vs 10-1 ARM). She's always available to answer calls to answer any questions, even on weekends.She and her team worked fast to get our application approved quickly which enabled us to close with the sellers very fast. Sonia did a great job and I would highly recommend her to anyone!
