      Rude customer service. Very condescending...over the phone. And they will loan you money to buy all the cars in the world, but will not give home loan help. I experienced one good rep when I walked in from the Gig Harbor location.

      Heather was a pleasure to work with. She closed an RV loan established by Deborah at the Bellevue Branch. The seller and I met at the Gig Harbor branch and Heather had everything ready to go. All documents were prepared and ready to execute. She covered details and disclosures. She efficiently and quickly completed all the documents and funded the sale in record time.
