      If you are worried about not being able to refinance due to debt, or high debt-to-income ratio, or that your current interest rate isn't THAT high... Do yourself a favor and give John a call. You will likely be surprised how beneficial a refinance can be right now. If you don't ask, you'll never know what you're missing! John and Sheila have been FANTASTIC to work with! I actually have a finance team that I use and love, but tried John and Sheila based off of a recommendation from my best friend. I couldn't be more thrilled from start to finish. They customized my home refinance based off of my specific goal, which was 2-fold. Cash out and reduce my interest rate for lower monthly payments. Everything worked out better than I had expected, and i will end 2020 debt free AND be saving money over the life of the new loan.       I can't say enough good things about working through this refi. They were always available, quick to respond and got my loan closed quickly, even with the tight deadlines. Very happy with John and Sheila both. Pleasure to work with and I will be sending them additional clients! Rate was so good I hope to never need to refinance again, but am happy I chose to work with them.
