      Fine for online or simple banking transactions. Have had too many issues to relate. Have had assistance from only a couple of truly competent people there, the majority that I’ve dealt with give misinformation or cannot answer simple questions. So frustrating as I never had an issue when it was Braintree Cooperative Bank.

      Rarely go to this bank. I normally go to the one on Bridge Street. However sometimes when I am in the area. I will go to this one. I am normally in and out. Not much of a wait there.
