If you own a business please take a minute to read my review of this bank and particularly the efforts of their leadership team and loan officer Heather Wilson. The effects of Covid 19 have been devastating to small businesses across the country. Today we provide payroll services and business consulting to 350 small and medium sized employers. We have been advising them on the programs available through the SBA and local banks and one thing we keep hearing was how hard it was to apply for and get access to funds. Heather & South Shore Bank was recommended to us through a networking group and we decided to give them a shot. We applied for the loan on Thursday and were ready to close Saturday night that same week. Heather has been incredibly efficient, communicative and attentive to our needs. We have been with the same national bank for 12 years personally and are excited to bring our entire relationship to South Shore Bank. They support businesses locally and if there is one thing we should all learn from COVID-19 it is that we could all benefit by doing more, locally.
