  Had a wonderful experience today. Unfortunately I didn’t have an appointment, and needed a new debit card for the weekend. Rosemary and Laurie went out of their way to make sure I was able to receive one before they closed. Could not be more grateful. Will be coming to this location from now on for all my banking needs! Thank you so much ladies.

  Just got off the phone after waiting 20 minutes and was told no notary there and I had to just random call every branch to locate notary. Then was hung up. I have been a customer for over 20 years - looking to change now.

  Awful awful awful customer service. The manager was not customer service friendly at all, i was appalled at her behavior on Friday, November 12. The person who i had an appointment with tried to help however the manager would not let her because i was 10 minutes late - even though i called and there was a storm, and the traffic was bad.
