I used to rent from this agency. They employ some of the nicest people. They may not always have rentals, but at least they aren't abrasive like some people when they tell you. And when you do rent from them, they get things fixed asap. Great place to rent from.

I have rented from south umpqua property management for 4 years. While the rent price was fair, the house we rented was in pretty rough shape. House wasn't clean when we moved in, yard had broken glass and trash still left behind from previous tenants... Maintenance wasn't done very often.. unless it was emergency stuff. The house we lived in got a water leaks last year... And instead of them dealing with it, we ended up having to pay at least 30 dollars extra a month for water. We paid 1100 for deposit that we will probably be gipped out of... We moved out oas of. September 25th, and I still haven't seen our refund, even though we left it cleaner than it was when we moved in. We'll be charged for carpet cleaning (policy, I understand). However, we were told that they would replace the carpet before we moved in, but they didn't... They just hired a cleaner to "clean the carpet" even though it is obliterated. Hope they fix that house up a little better before they rent it out again. Also the windows weren't sealed... Air just seeped in through the edged. High high electric bills. The first property manager lady that was there was a battle axe, but the rest were nice. Jackie has always been nice

Never paid the property owner on time even tho tenants pay early. Sometimes we didn't get paid til after 20th only after multiple phone calls. We, too have bills to pay on the first of the month. Ugh!
