The people in the bank are nice, colony as a whole is absolutely terrible. Keep getting charged overdraft fees with the money in the bank. They like to wait till your low on money towards the end of the week to post a pending transaction to put you negative, happened quite a few times to me. I have an account with capital one that I use also and I never have that issue. I’m glad the local branch is closing down. I hope the best for the ladies inside though.

The manager gave me the wrong number to activate my card !! It was a scammer and I gave them my information, they stated they were Colony Bank. I trusted her because she was the manager of SouthCrest bank ( Colony ) . Also other people I know who bank with them have been put in the negatives and have had money missing !! I called the 800 number for Colony and spoke to a representative and she froze my account for me until I went up to my local bank and got a new card. The manager gave me a cup because she “felt bad”. Now I’m horrified because some random person has my information.
