We came from ORNL (horrible banking institution). SouthEast Bank has so many great banking options. The customer service is, hands-down, the best my husband and I have experienced with a bank. The Fountain City branch is top notch all the way around. The employees are friendly and helpful. Cindy, the Branch Manager, is AMAZING! I cannot say enough about her customer service. She is knowledgeable and spot on. I highly recommend this bank, branch and manager to everyone and I will continue to do so. They deserve BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE recognition!
