      This is by far the best Credit Union in Knoxville. Auto loan rates that no one can beat with personal care. Brandon Loveday always goes over and above to help with all my banking needs, concerns and questions. He sets the bar for customer service.

      This location does not have an ATM machine outside. This location says it is open until 5:30 but locks it's doors at like 5:10. It's a huge joke. Terrible customer service.
