      My Husband and I relocated here to TN 12 years ago and randomly choose Southeast for our financial institution and it has been a wonderful experience from day one!! The Staff, especially Mrs. Vanessa has made our transition easy. I am so saddened to know that She will be retiring soon. Mrs. Vanessa has not only been a great Southeast representative, She has become a very Dear Friend. She’s the epitome of professionalism and kindness. The world could use more kind people like Her.       I went there today at 2:30 pm to open an account. I was told that they were short handed today but she would speak to a loan specialist to see if she could help me. She called the lady in the office behind the glass window, apparently the lady told her she was going to lunch and couldn’t help me. The lady at the counter suggested I return on Monday!! I left irritated and took my business down the street to Ascend, they were polite and professional, and took care of my needs.
