      Southeastern Credit Union will take EVERY opportunity to charge fees to your account!! I had $30,000 in deposits at any given time during the pandemic/ordered lockdown and they charged me fees for not using my ATM card enough!!! Where?? Everything was shutdown!! And they got attitudinal with me for getting mad about it ... but two months of fees that I had no chance of avoiding! Disabled Veteran!!

      Southeastern Credit Union has reviewed your accounts and you were never charged a service charge or a fee. The credit union does not have a fee or charge based on use of a debit card or ATM card. Your e-mail complaint to the credit union contained language completely unacceptable and in violation of the credit union’s member conduct policy. We informed you the credit union cannot and will not tolerate such abusive language towards employees. To be fair to all concerned, we do not waive the policy or accept abusive behavior from members, based on the size of a member’s relationship.
