Was charged 22 dollars for checks that were supposed to be free with the account. They fixed that. They froze my account for 72 hours ( they told me it was a 24 hour freeze, but they have no weekend card service, so it was longer than that.) I got an email about a fraud alert on my account, then another email saying the prior email was a "system error" and to ignore the message. All within the 1st 30 days. I was looking for a local bank, but changed my mind about this one.
