On yesterday l was having problems with my mobile banking app. "Megan was my customer care person l was connected to help me with the problem. It seem that l couldn't get what she was saying. She was very helpful in helping me get what she was saying. Her voice tones never changed, she was very helpful in everyway. I would like to see or hare of her getting a pay raise. This customer care person was a great help to me. I will sing her praise. Thanks Megan". They need to understand what defines a customer. Though I'm not a member of their bank, I was charged a $3 handling fee to use their ATM. As a normal practice of banks I'm ok with that. When I went into the bank to convert the 20's into larger bills, a few hundred dollars, I was told they do not do that because I'm not a customer of the bank. Sure I am Jackie, I was just charged $3 for a service, and am now standing in line speaking to you about other services... it seems to me you as a person and bank could handle my request to take back the money you just gave me and exchange it for larger bills. And though you claim its a policy to only exchange cash for your customers, please understand that I was a customer and now will never be yours.
