My loan officer was good. Efficient, patient explaining the process etc. but then it went to his processor who has been 99% inattentive and responsive such that there have been last minute, unresolved issues, unanswered emails, and passing the responsibility for follow-up to "I have not heard from them", when referring to underwriter/peers. I would not use Southern Trust again and not recommend them until they put the customer's questions, needs, and concerns FIRST.
