  Working with Kevin was awesome. I had a relatively difficult situation given my prior student loans and the majority of my investments being in Cryptocurrency. Kevin was able to work with me and get me pre-approved with a pretty good rate at the time. I had a few issues with paperwork and proving I had my down payment with the underwriter late into the loan which caused me to have to redo some of my paperwork and could have caused me to have a higher rate, but Kevin had been working with me for about 4 months at that time and was able to keep me at the same rate. He was great to work with, really understanding and timely. He was easy to talk to regarding my loan terms and went through everything with me every step of the way. He was always on the look out for different loan programs for me to get a better rate or better terms which was great. If you want someone who will work hard for you and walk you through this process in an easy to understand manner, I really recommend Kevin! Also make sure you touch base with a lender to get pre-approved before you start looking for houses, it makes the whole process waaaay easier!
