  My husband and I recently chose Southside Bank for our Mortgage loan. Vicki Corley was knowledgeable and professional. She kept the communication open with me the entire time and was sweet and respectful. Southside remains a place where you are able to receive great customer service and an extremely competitive interest rate!

  Opened an account today and service was very friendly, knowledgeable, and treated me with respect. Options for banking are plenty to choose from, inside the bank has a very professional feel. Will follow up after a few months.

  out of the banks in tyler, I think that southside is one of the better ones, that being said, the reason for my low score is one employee in particular, and that the rest of the staff allow her rotten attitude and her behavior towards people she perceives as poor, or beneath her. will never go back into this branch. The Degenerate work I speak of didn't want to cash my check so i had her call my rich and more important boss, "oligarki much" to which he told her to cash it, she then tried to get me fired complaining to my boss that she was quote "tired of dealing with me" and then explained that he should make me go to another bank to get my checks cashed. the only time that i was rude to this lady was after that phone call that she conducted in front of me. when i came to complain to the bank manager, the other teller working lied and told me that another worker was the bank manager, to which i voiced my complaint and she lied saying she just didn't believe that the teller did that? so screw southside and their underhanded lying tactics, just as bad as all the other money grubbing, screw regular americans banks. and to those that think maybe i was just being an azzhole to her, i am not the only person to have butted heads with this lady. all of my follow employees at my blue collar job have had to put up with her being a b!tch to us at one point or another.
