      I love coming to this branch. Arturo the bank manager is very helpful. You also get immediate help. Lines are not too long. I have been banking with them for years, I made sure that when my son got his first job in high school that he opened an account with them.

      They were great until they closed the location on my side of town. Thus I moved my money to another bank.

      While, Southside Bank is still my Bank. There are only two locations in Longview. I live in Gladewater. Both locations are NOT convenient. When I joined in 2010. It was convenient. The people who worked and are still working are the only reason, I still Bank, here. I have sent emails to Corporate with no response. As to why not one in Gladewater or Kilgore. If you drive to Tyler, there's one on every corner. I am deeply disappointed with Southside on this
