BEWARE!!! I started a bank here with my wife when I lived in the area. Work moved me to SC, which they do not have branches. They mailed me a form to close the account, which I filled out. Afterwards, I got a letter saying that account charges made it go delinquent. I figured it must be a mistake and called them. They reassured the account was closed and to ignore the latter. I got another one with MORE charges. I called them and spoke to the manager who again assured me the account was closed and I didn't need to worry. I tried logging in online, which didn't work so I figured this time it was closed. 6 months later I get a collections letter saying it went to my credit. DO NOT START AN ACCOUNT HERE. Now I have to fight this and spend more time trying to figure this out. Horrible experience.
