Greeted at the door by a lovely staff member, nothing but a pleasant experience from there on. Joanne was super wonderful, kept the conversation going while she set up my new account. When I came back to finish everything, I was told to make it easy on me to go through the drive thru and was even greeted Welcome back. Very happy to put my money in a bank who cares about my future investment and future goals of banking. Thank you CenterState Staff.

I wrote a review on this bank 4 years ago and gave 5 Stars. I am changing because this bank was awesome to come to but they have really gone down hill. Very rude employees. Don't get a hello like we use to. The employees act like we where a bother to them when we came in. Very stuck up people in this bank. The company needs to retrain they employees how to treat there customers.
