  This is probably the best banking institution I have done business with. Everyone is very customer oriented and friendly, they go out of their way to help and are very efficient in quickly getting back to you with answers. I have opened both checking savings and also have a few loans, great service every time. Hanh , Michael and all of the girls are wonderful!!

  I am making a money bouquet for a friend’s wedding this Saturday. I went to this bank to see if they could break my large bill (100) into smaller bills. The answer: Are you a customer of our bank? Me: No, I am not Lady: Then we cannot help you. My answer: I need to go to my own bank to get change? The answer: Yes If I was considering this bank, I would no longer consider it as an option. I don’t understand the reason behind not helping another person. There was nobody else there so it was not for lack of time. I hope this review will help the next person. If considering this bank, consider first the type of people you are choosing.

  The absolute worst bank on the planet. Without our consent, they switched our money into a account that charged a monthly fee!!! Instead of switching the money into the free account. Customer service is extremely difficult to get a hold of. Not to mention the bank has very limited hours. Put your money elsewhere, we closed our account.
