Horribly insecure bank with the worst customer service ever. Twice they’ve allowed clearly fraudulent checks to be drawn on my account. The checks didn’t even look slightly legit. Then they froze the account, and charged ME a fee. No one in the actual bank has any authority and you have to call, and wait on hold forever, to their main office. Where you will ultimately get rude, untrained people who are no help. Business owners, close your accounts unless you like giving your money to scammers.
